<p>Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist</p> <p>Type of Employment: Temp to Hire, Full Time, Fully Onsite</p> <p>Compensation: $27-$32 an hour (DOE)</p> <p>Location: NE Portland, OR</p> <p>Exciting opportunity available for a Accounts Receivable Specialist position! LHH has partnered with a reputable company located in NE Portland, OR that is actively seeking a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.</p> <p>Responsibilities for this position include:</p> <ul> <li>Handling accounts receivable billing with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness </li><li>Entering, updating, and maintaining invoice data and customer account records in billing systems </li><li>Generating and issuing invoices while verifying details against contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documentation </li><li>Monitoring aging reports, applying payments, and following up on outstanding and past-due balances </li><li>Researching and resolving billing discrepancies, short pays, and customer inquiries through detailed record review </li></ul> <p>To be a suitable candidate, you must have:</p> <ul> <li>2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable/collections/billing </li><li>A BA or AA in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities </li><li>Proficiency with Excel and ERP/accounting systems </li><li>Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines efficiently </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Benefits vary depending on employer</p> <p>Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
