Our team helps our global finance organization reduce costs and cycle times while providing business insights through the implementation of leading practices and Oracle's modern cloud based EPM & ERP applications.</p> <p>This position will be located 100% on-site in an Argo office in New York, Richmond, Chicago, San Antonio, Omaha or Los Angeles.</p> <p>KEY DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES</p> <p>The roles and responsibilities of the desired candidate are to provide system administration and data management services across the Oracle ERP and EPM suite of applications. Working alongside finance & business stakeholders, the candidate will play a pivotal role in administration, testing and support of our Oracle's ERP Cloud EPM applications, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This includes:</p> <ul> <li>Administer and support Oracle Cloud EPM (FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, OAC) and ERP (Accounting Hub, GL, Procurement, AP, FA, CM) cloud-based applications. </li><li>Configure, execute, and troubleshoot application business rules and processes. </li><li>Execute and monitor data integration process, support data testing & reconciliation </li><li>Update Finance master data and mapping via Oracle Enterprise Data Management and Data Management tools </li><li>Manage and administer User Security across the Oracle ERP/EPM applications </li><li>Develop/update reports via OAC, Financial Reporting Studio, SmartView, and BI Publisher </li><li>Document system/data requirements, design, and processes according to business needs </li><li>Lead the execution of change management processes and support SOX/Audit related requests </li><li>Provide Oracle EPM/ERP user support and training to finance and business stakeholders </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES</p> <p>Demonstrates strong abilities and/or prior experience providing system analysis, administration, and support across one or more of the following Oracle EPM and ERP cloud-based applications:</p> <ul> <li>Oracle Reporting Tools (Smartview, Financial Reporting Studio, BI publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud) </li><li>Oracle ERP Applications (Accounting Hub, General Ledger, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) </li><li>Oracle EPM Applications (EBCS, FCCS, Account Reconciliation, Data Management, EPM Automate) </li><li>Oracle Enterprise Data Management </li><li>Statutory and Management Reporting </li><li>Supporting Financial Close and Consolidation processes, SEC and Statutory Reporting. </li><li>Supporting Financial Planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree (in accounting is a plus, and/or computer science/engineering, information technology).</p> </li><li> <p>Solid Accounting background required.</p> </li><li> <p>4 years' of experience in Oracle EPM.</p> </li><li> <p>Certification/Certificate(s) preferred but not required</p> </li><li> <p>Oracle Cloud Financials ERP in any of the following: Accounting Hub, General Ledger, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets or Cash Management</p> </li><li> <p>Oracle EPBCS</p> </li><li> <p>Oracle FCCS</p> </li><li> <p>Oracle ARCS</p> </li><li> <p>Oracle EDMCS</p> </li><li> <p>Oracle PCMCS</p> </li><li> <p>Oracle Analytics Cloud</p> </li><li> <p>Insurance industry experience strongly preferred.</p> </li></ul> <p>The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
