Dual certification in NYS Early Childhood Education (B-2) & Childhood Education (1-6) preferred</p> <p>? Bilingual in Spanish preferred</p> <p>? Fingerprinting clearance required</p> <p>Essential Duties (include, but are not limited to):</p> <p>? Utilize NYS standards and district curricula to establish clear learning goals and expectations, providing students with a structured roadmap for academic growth</p> <p>? Deep understanding of a balanced literacy program</p> <p>? Meet and teach assigned classes and caseload</p> <p>? Implement evidence-based social-emotional learning strategies to promote emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills</p> <p>? Create and maintain a classroom environment that fosters learning and supports the needs of all students</p> <p>? Maintain accurate and complete records to track the progress of individual students</p> <p>? Use data to inform instructional decisions and support the needs of all student</p> <p>? Communicate with parents regarding the progress of individual students</p> <p>? Support and advance the district's educational philosophy, instructional goals, and objectives through teaching and professional conduct</p> <p>?
