LHH has partnered with a reputable company located in Vancouver, WA that is actively seeking a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team on a direct hire basis.</p> <p>Responsibilities for this position include:</p> <ul> <li>Evaluating customer credit applications and determining creditworthiness </li><li>Manage business-to-business collections and follow up on outstanding accounts. </li><li>Monitoring existing accounts and reviewing credit limits </li><li>Analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and payment histories </li><li>Communicating with sales and accounting teams regarding credit decisions </li><li>Assisting with risk assessment and minimizing bad debt exposure </li><li>Supporting collections efforts as needed and resolving account discrepancies </li></ul> <p>To be a suitable candidate, you must have:</p> <ul> <li>2-3 years of experience in credit analysis or accounts receivable/collections </li><li>A BA or AA in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities </li><li>Proficiency with Excel and ERP/accounting systems </li><li>Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines efficiently </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Benefits vary depending on employer</p> <p>Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
