<p>Summary of Job:</p> <p>Seeking entry level and experienced technicians, this position is responsible for performing residential HVAC maintenance and/or service at the master level. Technician will be primarily responsible for performing installs, repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment including: refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, compressors, furnaces, humidifiers.</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred </li><li>2-3 years of experience in a combination of HVAC Install/Service </li><li>EPA Certification </li><li>Able to pass a background screening and pre-employment drug test </li><li>Valid driver's license with a good driving record </li></ul> <p>Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Understands proper operation of HVAC equipment and basic electronics of system </li><li>Understanding of basic piping practices, to include copper, plastic, and carbon steel </li><li>Able to perform simple soldering and brazing </li></ul> <p>Company Perks & Benefits:</p> <p>Our mission at Lee Company is to create a workplace where our employees can thrive, and we back that up with action.
