<p>Kforce has a client in search of a Senior Auditor in Johnston, RI. Client offers salary and benefits, 401(k), PTO and work/life balance.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>The Senior Auditor will plan and execute financial, operational and compliance audits </li><li>Oversee internal controls </li><li>Prepare audit reports, submit recommendations </li><li>Communicate audit findings to management to offer actionable recommendations to mitigate risk and improve processes </li><li>Stay updated of industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices in auditing and accounting </li><li>The Senior Auditor will conduct special projects as assigned </li><li>Liaise with clients and external parties as necessary* Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or Computer Information Systems preferred; Additional, appropriate experience will be considered in lieu of a degree </li><li>Professional certification preferred </li><li>Strong understanding of (GAAP) and (IFRS) and auditing standards </li><li>Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify inconsistencies or areas of concern </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Excellent communication skills for preparing audit reports and presenting </li><li>Capacity to work with audit team members fostering a collaborative team environment </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively </li><li>High ethical standards and integrity. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Outlook PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint </li></ul>
