<p>The Finance Manager reports to the CFO.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supervise the corporate staff accountant and financial analyst</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate staff training including software, hardware and accounting related to corporate</p> </li><li> <p>Corporate credit card administrator</p> </li><li> <p>Set up users/access</p> </li><li> <p>Increase/decrease credit limits</p> </li><li> <p>Request new cards and cancel cards</p> </li><li> <p>Download monthly reports</p> </li><li> <p>Bank administrator for all bank accounts</p> </li><li> <p>Set up users/access</p> </li><li> <p>Open and close bank accounts</p> </li><li> <p>Order scanners and coordinate set up with properties and IT</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate with bankers</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare reports for bankers</p> </li><li> <p>Insure that all corporate transactions are properly recorded according to current policies and procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Review corporate financials and bank reconciliations</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare quarterly corporate consolidation and annual consolidation reporting for audit</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with reports for board meetings</p> </li><li> <p>Work with auditors on developer fee schedule/accruals</p> </li><li> <p>Insure that month and year end closing and reporting packages for corporate entities are completed in a timely manner</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee cash control for corporate entities including reviewing monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare quarterly accruals for vacation and 401k contributions</p> </li><li> <p>Be familiar with all of the terms of line of credits and corporate debt borrowing agreements and submit reporting and certification requirements on a timely basis</p> </li><li> <p>Insure timely payment of interest and/or principal on lines of credits and corporate debt borrowing</p> </li><li> <p>Perform break even analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Adhoc/special projects as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Participation in all company required educational and team building activities</p> </li><li> <p>Must adhere to the required work schedule established by the company to promote efficient operations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Attend Company sponsored events that relate to the development of the team, which, from time to time, may include overnight stays at locations away from the employee's home.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <p>The Finance Manager should have the following minimal skills:</p> <ul> <li>Have Bachelor's degree in accounting or higher </li><li>Have formal training in accounting </li><li>Have some real estate accounting background </li><li>Be able to comprehend and follow instructions </li><li>Be able to perform various tasks </li><li>Maintain work pace appropriate to given work load </li><li>Relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions </li><li>Be a team player </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>Operate Computer and Office Equipment </li><li>Work is primarily sedentary in nature </li></ul> <p>FLSA</p> <ul> <li>Exempt </li></ul> <p>PAY</p> <p>$120,000 - $140,000/yr</p>
