This includes order placement, product availability, pricing, order status, requests, chemical samples, literature, and general account information.</p> <p>Job Functions/Accountabilities:</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Process new orders, analyze and respond to customer inquiries. </li><li>Analyze and process customer requests and complaints via the Customer Response System. </li><li>Review open orders daily and take appropriate action. </li><li>Provide product assistance by directing technical questions to the appropriate department. </li><li>Maintain and update customer account information. </li><li>Continuously seek ways to improve the performance of our facility's operation and ensures that customers' (both internal and external) needs are met. </li><li>Adhere to the quality system. </li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist Sales Representatives with customer-related requests. </li><li>Assist in the training of new or current CSRs in relation to account and customer service responsibilities. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education and Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Customer Service in a fast-paced technical environment </li><li>SAP experience is a plus </li></ul> <p>Special Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required. </li><li>Strong organizational skills are essential. </li><li>Knowledge of windows-based software and Network or PC-based order entry experience is required. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Zeon employees enjoy growth opportunities as well as a highly competitive salary and benefits program.</p> <p>Zeon Chemicals does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, physical or mental disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.</p>
