We are determined: above all else, we are on a relentless quest to make our community stronger beginning with you.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assists in planning, some managing, and implementing of all departmental programs and activities. </li><li>Assists and participates in marketing and special events. </li><li>Assists in managing the departmental operations. </li><li>Assists in interviewing, scheduling, disciplining, and supervising qualified staff. </li><li>Maintain records of program participants. </li><li>Assists in staff meetings. </li><li>Be a team player with all associate. </li><li>Must notify appropriate staff of any unsafe conditions, needed repairs, complaints, accidents, or injuries immediately. </li><li>Assist in providing leadership of the Annual Mission Campaign. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be 18 years of age.</p> </li><li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum three years' experience in this or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>American Red Cross certifications:</p> </li><li> <p>Lifeguard.</p> </li><li> <p>Current First Aid.</p> </li><li> <p>Current CPRPro (includes AED).</p> </li><li> <p>Current Emergency Oxygen.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform and pass rescue skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to relate to people on all levels in a friendly and consistent manner.</p> </li></ul>
