This position involves travel, phone/computer work, and strength in Men's Haircutting. PAID CUTTING & LEADERSHIP TRAINING!</p> <p>Pay is composed of $17-$20 Hourly Base Pay PLUS Quarterly Bonus Structure based on measurable increases in Store Performance per Store and per Metric and TIPS from working on the floor, if necessary.
