As an Office Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day branch operations while supporting business development strategies that drive market growth. This is your opportunity to combine leadership, process management, and customer service into a career that makes an impact.</p> <p>What You'll Do: Position Highlights</p> <p>Office Management & Operations</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily branch operations to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards </li><li>Manage Accounts Receivable, Pending Files, and other key reports </li><li>Monitor and report branch performance using data analysis and trend tracking </li><li>Implement corrective actions based on audits or claims experience </li></ul> <p>Underwriting & Production Oversight</p> <ul> <li>Underwrite and key commitments, policies, and endorsements in line with branch goals </li><li>Ensure accurate and timely data entry in production software (SoftPro) </li><li>Review title opinions for accuracy, exceptions, and risk </li><li>Comply with ITIC underwriting guidelines and identify and report potential risks </li></ul> <p>Customer Service Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries on file status, rate quotes, and prior policies </li><li>Guide clients through title software platforms like EFLITE with confidence </li></ul> <p>Business Development Support</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to grow branch profitability and market share </li><li>Maintain relationships with local attorneys, lenders, realtors, and builders </li><li>Stay informed on competitor activity and community trends </li></ul> <p>What You Bring: Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in legal real estate, lending, or title insurance preferred </li><li>1-3 years of office management or supervisory experience strongly preferred </li><li>Strong organizational and process management skills </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; title production software a plus </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>4-year college degree or equivalent training and experience </li></ul> <p>Recognized as an industry leader, Investors Title Insurance Company provides residential and commercial title insurance and innovative business solutions for our partners.
