<p>Kforce has a client located in Beaverton, Oregon (OR) who is looking for an Expert Global Digital Marketing.</p> <p>Who we are looking for: We are seeking an Expert to join and lead the NSW Global Digital Marketing team. This team, comprising specialists in digital, social, and creator marketing, is responsible for developing and driving long-term consumer engagement. Our most successful leaders in this field are future-thinking innovators who share a passion for sports and sport culture. They are highly creative, results-driven, and true team players.</p> <p>What you will work on: In this role, your primary focus will be architecting, executing, and overseeing seasonal Sportswear digital marketing plans across our owned digital platforms, social media channels, and creator partnerships.</p> <p>Duties Include:</p> <ul> <li>You will obsess how to make our brand, product, purpose, and seasonal messages resonate with our target consumer </li><li>You will lead the strategic development of branded content, services, partnerships, and experiences that will coalesce into best-in-class digital marketing plans </li><li>Collaborate closely with other teams* 8-10+ years of relevant work experience </li><li>5 years of experience in brand, digital or social marketing </li><li>Demonstrated ability of developing digital content for highly visible brands </li><li>Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture-someone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity </li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills, including presentation on complex business issues </li><li>Fluency reading consumer data and crafting measurement and optimization plans </li><li>Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills </li><li>Experience managing creative, media, and research agencies </li><li>Excellent relationship building skills and knows how to influence working teams and key partners </li><li>Detail oriented; This position requires someone who can build plans, presentations, and keep the team moving cohesively in the right direction </li><li>Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, content creation, and social media </li><li>Experience leading, developing, and scaling teams </li></ul>
