This role is pivotal in transforming complex sports data into compelling content that resonates with fans and appeals to brands by leveraging emerging technologies and collaborating cross-functionally with best-in-class engineering and creative teams.</p> <p>This role manages the augmentation product roadmap, integrating company initiatives, client feedback, and market opportunities, while also supporting asset development for internal and external communications. Key aspects of the role involve building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and mentoring a multidisciplinary content team to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge and relevant in the dynamic sports media landscape.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee content development for Genius Sports award-winning augmentation pipeline and content delivery to its various partners, which includes leagues, teams and media </li><li>Leverage emerging technologies to innovate the sports broadcast viewing experience </li><li>Collaborate with various engineering groups, with domains including computer vision and machine learning, to help prioritize work efforts, feature and roadmap development </li><li>Manage product roadmap, accounting for company initiatives, client feedback, and market opportunity </li><li>Assist with asset development in support of internal/external communications, marketing, business development and sales enablement </li><li>Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners </li><li>Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary content team including editors, designers, and videographers </li><li>Stay informed on market trends, competitive products, and industry advancements to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge and relevant </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li>8-10 years of experience in content strategy, creation, and management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. </li><li>Prior experience in delivering "ready-for-air" content on a linear or digital network </li><li>Familiarity with live broadcast production workflows </li><li>Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you?</p> <p>As well as a competitive salary and annual leave allowance, our benefits include health insurance, skills training and much more, depending on the location.
