Nikkiso ACD has the most diversified product line in the industry covering nearly every application requiring pumps or turboexpanders.</p> <p>This position is based at Nikkiso ACD, LLC, located in Santa Ana, CA.</p> <p>Job Overview</p> <p>We are looking for a responsible and strong administrator who can organize various production coordination activities.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ul> <li>Coordinates and manages all work order activities, resources, and information to achieve their completion of sub and top level per there due date. </li><li>Work closely with all shop floor supervisors to maximize speedy through put of work orders. </li><li>Provide feedback to the expeditors and planners as dates are pulled in or pushed out. </li><li>Work with the quality and receiving teams as needed to monitor parts received date and receiving quality status. </li><li>Develop and maintain daily execution logs to track agreed start/completions dates. </li><li>Attend all appropriate meetings that require your in-put. </li><li>Utilize Man-Fact as a resource for reports, data collection and data recaps. </li><li>Provide daily up-dates to the management teams. </li><li>Elevate any and all issues that will/is effecting speedy through put. </li><li>Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field </li><li>Proficient in using both English and Spanish </li><li>5 or more years of experience in a related field (preferably as a Production Coordinator or similar role) </li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Experience in project management, from conception to delivery </li><li>Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management </li><li>Strong client-facing and teamwork skills </li><li>Competency in MS applications (incl' Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.</p> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
