As a valued member of our staff, you will provide exceptional dining experiences to our residents while supporting their comfort, dignity, and independence. This position plays a key role in helping us maintain high standards of hospitality in a senior living environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide prompt, courteous, and professional table service to residents and guests</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure dining room is clean, orderly, and properly set before and after each meal</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery</p> </li><li> <p>Address resident questions and concerns with warmth, patience, and respect</p> </li><li> <p>Support residents with special dietary needs or preferences</p> </li><li> <p>Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with other dining-related tasks as assigned by supervisors</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred, especially in a senior living or healthcare setting</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent customer service</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends and holidays</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods</p> </li></ul>
