<p>EMR is looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Local CDL Truck Driver to join our growing team in Camden, NJ. If you're a Class A driver with at least 2 years of hands-on experience operating dump trailers, roll-off containers, and flatbeds, we want to hear from you!</p> <p>This is a local driving position only - no overnights, no long-haul! Be home every night while working with a team that values safety, reliability, and professionalism.</p> <p>This is a union position.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Safely transport materials to and from local customer sites.</p> </li><li> <p>Load and unload roll-off containers, dump trailers, and flatbeds as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Swap or live-load containers in accordance with daily dispatch.</p> </li><li> <p>Secure all loads per DOT guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain clear communication with Dispatch and log trip numbers accurately.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned by management.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>Valid CDL Class A license (required)</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of driving experience with dump trailers, roll-offs, and flatbeds</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of state and federal motor carrier regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailers</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor</p> </li><li> <p>Strong safety record and excellent customer service skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>Must meet all DOT qualifications and safety standards</p> </li><li> <p>Roll-off and flatbed experience is required</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Environment & Schedule</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions</p> </li><li> <p>PPE required</p> </li><li> <p>Some weekend or evening work may be necessary</p> </li><li> <p>Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, and lifting light weights</p> </li></ul> <p>This is a union position.</p> <p>#LI-onsite</p>
