<p>Staging Operator</p> <p>SUMMARY OF POSITION:</p> <p>Responsible for all activities for quality operations of Staging for Metal Assembly.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Stage all material for Metal Assembly. </li><li>Operate Kardex and scale. </li><li>Put times on sales orders. </li><li>Set up Pre-kit with paperwork needed. </li><li>Assist in Pre-kit as needed. </li><li>Preform cycle count for Assembly area. </li><li>Accurately fill out traveler. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li><li>Once employee demonstrates competency in position, he/she may be required to train others in similar roles. </li></ul> <p>OCCASIONAL DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Support 6's within facility. </li><li>Other duties as required. </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION:</p> <p>High School diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing experience using small hand tools preferred.</p> <p>SKILLS:</p> <p>Good hand and eye coordination. Ability to read blueprints, calipers, and micrometers. Light lifting while bending and stooping.
