<p>30 Hour Hall Monitor / Cheshire High School JobID: 2560</p> <p>Position Type:</p> <p>Support Staff/Hall Monitor/Study Hall Monitor</p> <p>Date Posted:</p> <p>4/11/2025</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>Cheshire High School</p> <p>Date Available:</p> <p>Available Immediately</p> <p>Closing Date:</p> <p>Until Filled</p> <p>&nbsp&nbspAdditional Information: Show/Hide</p> <p>HALL SAFETY MONITOR / 30 HOUR</p> <p>CHESHIRE HIGH SCHOOL</p> <p>Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 2:00pm</p> <p>Description:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Helps ensure safe and orderly student and staff movement throughout the school day</p> </li><li> <p>Assists students, staff, and visitors as needed;</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors student lavatories, athletic facilities, and restricted sections of the building;</p> </li><li> <p>Receives, greets, and directs school visitors and maintains visitor log;</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts perimeter patrols as necessary;</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors video surveillance cameras and completes reviews as necessary;</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors for and reports any violations of school rules or school security standards to school administrators or police as necessary. Reports facts, observable trends, and makes appropriate recommendations for improvements to school administrators;</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors and reports on building parking violations;</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as related to their position as assigned by their immediate supervisor.</p> </li></ul> <p>Supervised By:</p> <p>High School Principal or his/her designee.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>High school diploma. A minimum of two years experience working with students (either chaperone, substitute, etc.).</p> <p>Salary:</p> <p>In accordance with the Agreement Between the Cheshire Board of Education and the CSEA/SEIU Local 2001/760 in behalf of the Cheshire Paraeducators, Lunchroom/Playground Aides, Hall Monitors & Study Hall Monitors.
