Through advanced technology and global reach, our company prides itself on delivering excellence and growing opportunities for our Associates.</p> <p>The Account Specialist is responsible for account management, building relationships, and interacting with internal and external customers to provide a seamless customer service experience.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Maintain regular contact with existing accounts and assist in the onboarding of new accounts. </li><li>Collect and disseminate relevant sales intelligence from all sales activities. This includes entry of relevant information into United Performance Metals CRM system and communication to relevant parties / individuals in the company. </li><li>Inside sales and order entry. </li><li>Support the management and execution of customer contractual requirements </li><li>Perform account analysis to identify new sales opportunities within current and future accounts </li><li>Works with management and regional managers to create and execute account plans. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of Inside Sales/customer service experience. </li><li>Aerospace experience is preferred. </li><li>Outgoing personality, "go-getter," great follow through, team player </li></ul>
