<p>Job#: 3030827</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Enterprise PM III</p> <p>Location: (Remote) (OR, WA, UT, ID)</p> <p>Employment Type: Contract</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>The Project Manager III is responsible for managing large-scale projects or multiple, concurrent projects from inception through to completion. This role leads teams to ensure project objectives align with business strategy and are achieved on schedule and within budget. The position requires the application of formal project management methodologies to ensure the quality and timeliness of all project aspects, including estimates, plans, milestones, and risk management.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversee project delivery to ensure successful completion, quality, and timeliness. </li><li>Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and status reports for leadership and project teams. </li><li>Lead project outcomes through effective planning, scope management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and cost management. </li><li>Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and provide guidance to team members. </li><li>Define, collect, and analyze metrics to ensure projects remain on target and recommend actions for cost-effectiveness. </li><li>Mentor and develop project management skills in other project managers. </li><li>Contribute to the development of and ensure adherence to company-adopted project management methods. </li><li>Stay current on new project management methodologies and ensure timely problem resolution. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.</p> <p>Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience is necessary, including a leadership role in executing large-scale, concurrent projects.</p> <p>Technical Skills: Familiarity with the Project Management Institute (PMI) Guide, the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), and automated project management software tools is required. Functional competencies must include Budgeting, Change Management, Client Management, and Risk Management.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>A Certificate in Project Management is strongly preferred. </li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>The anticipated pay range for this position is $65.00 to $74.00 per hour.
