Individuals in this role are responsible for testing and configuration of Datto hardware and software.</p> <p>After successful training, the L2 Production Technician will be required to inspect and configure components against a work order/Bill of Materials and document and report non-conforming assemblies and components. They must adhere to Invoice/Replacement SLA's, efficiently image stock appliances and apply proper labeling. The technician will also be required to efficiently manage monthly server order requirements</p> <p>The ability to utilize hand-held tools, such as a screwdriver, pliers, dykes, and a drill gun is</p> <p>required. The L2 Production Technician must comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
