We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing great customer service.</p> <p>Job Description Summary:</p> <p>POSITION OBJECTIVE:</p> <p>Maintain and support shops, campuses, and warehouses in accordance with See's brand standards for quality, aesthetics, and safety</p> <p>The pay range for this position is expected to be $27 - 30 an hour however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Perform various repairs and enhancements in shops including electrical, flooring, plumbing, carpentry, laminate, painting and general maintenance.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform shop inspections, legibly fill out an inspection report and note items that need repair or cosmetic attention.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides emergency assistance when required (day, night, weekends).</p> </li><li> <p>Perform after-hours repairs in shops when required.</p> </li><li> <p>Work flexible shifts due to after-hours repairs or remodels.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for organizing/stocking and maintaining company vehicles.</p> </li><li> <p>Effectively Communicate with supervisor, shop staff and See's employees.</p> </li><li> <p>Organize and maintain inventories in the warehouse.</p> </li><li> <p>Assembles and deconstruct temporary seasonal shops.</p> </li><li> <p>Refurbish used fixtures by replacing laminate.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete special projects and other duties as assigned and on time.</p> </li><li> <p>Allocate purchases utilizing a company desktop computer/software.</p> </li></ol> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Three years experience in commercial facilities maintenance and/or related fields.</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge and hands-on experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, laminate repairs and general maintenance.</p> </li><li> <p>Driver's license and clean DMV</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel out of town 2-6 days to execute project</p> </li></ol> <p>See's is an EOE</p> <p>See's will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance #131192 and Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00).</p>
