<p>Description and Requirements</p> <p>The Retail Account Manager provides service with an "owners" mindset to achieve great results for On-Shelf availability, Display Execution, Open Sales, Product Ordering, Image Recognition, Inventory Accuracy, Plan-o-Gram Compliance, and Data Collection through store coverage in an assigned territory of up to 60 stores. Building strong relationships with KDMs at the retail store level and beyond will be key to RAM's success. This role will represent Gillette on behalf of Acosta and adhere to company principals, while meeting the objectives set by their manager and the client at a superior level.</p> <p>What's in it for you?</p> <ul> <li>Job stability and a flexible schedule between Monday-Friday, normal business/retail hours </li><li>Paid time off and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)). </li><li>Employee Assistance Program provides confidential counseling and support resources. </li><li>Opportunity to work with leading brands and top retailers in your assigned territory. </li><li>Mileage supplement program included. </li></ul> <p>What will you do?</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with store leadership and associates to successfully achieve all goals and objectives </li><li>Increase the shelf presence of Gillette products and resolve out-of-stock issues. </li><li>Use your professional negotiation skills to overcome obstacles at store level </li><li>Execute merchandising plans, including product placement and promotional activities. </li><li>Utilize data to identify issues and implement actionable solutions within the territory. </li><li>Travel within the assigned territory to manage store locations, document visits, and report on results. </li><li>Follow all company and client policies while maintaining a professional presence in-store. </li></ul> <p>How will you succeed?</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate persuasive presentation skills, resilience, determination, and flexibility. </li><li>Take a hands-on, ownership approach to problem-solving and execution at the store level. </li><li>Build relationships quickly and maintain consistent communication with store leadership. </li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to track, report, and manage performance. </li><li>Exhibit professionalism, energy, passion, and a proactive approach to overcoming shelf availability challenges. </li><li>Successfully complete 4-6 store visits per day,18-22 visits per week </li><li>Meet or exceed all goals and expectations presented by the client. </li><li>Work full-time, Monday-Friday during normal business hours </li><li>Possess and maintain the physical ability to perform all assigned tasks. </li><li>Exhibit and maintain a professional appearance within the business casual dress code. </li></ul> <p>Experience and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of relevant Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred.
