By providing patients and internal and external stakeholders with a consistent, efficient, and easy experience, you'll help ensure that patients at The Oregon Clinic Plastic Surgery-West Clinic receive the highest value care tailored to their needs.</p> <p>Using strong customer service and communication skills, this is responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for cosmetic patients, building trust and delivering outstanding service. </li><li>Guide patients through their entire cosmetic journey, from consultation to follow-up. </li><li>Provide procedure education and support to ensure a positive experience. </li><li>Schedule cosmetic consultations, treatments, and post-op visits efficiently and accurately. </li><li>Obtaining and completing insurance information. </li><li>Manage incoming referrals, including receiving and concluding with referring providers. </li><li>Support front desk operations and PSS (Patient Services Specialist) duties. </li><li>Assist with insurance-based surgery scheduling. </li><li>Performing additional administrative and support tasks as needed. </li></ul> <p>Salary:</p> <p>Hiring range, based on experience and credentials: $27.26- $36.89 per hour.</p> <p>Workdays: This role is located at the Providence Professional Plaza, with required coverage at the Clackamas satellite location, approximately two days a week, and as needed. Typical hours are Monday-Friday (8:00 am -5:00 pm).</p> <p>Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of two (2) years of work experience, preferably in a medical office, is required. Specialty care, Plastic Surgery experience is a plus! </li><li>Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience is strongly preferred. Epic experience is a plus! </li><li>Prior Customer Service and/or Sales experience desired. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask. </li><li>Knowledge of surgical processes, insurance requirements, medical terminology, and office procedures. </li><li>Multi-tasking, organization skills, and attention to detail are highly coveted. </li><li>Excellent attendance and work ethic. </li><li>Positive attitude and desire to be a team player. </li><li>Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians and other team members. </li><li>A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety. </li></ul> <p>This description is intended to provide only basic guidelines for meeting job requirements.
