<p>This is an exempt position. This position is experienced in IT Support, and expert in approach to technology, both practical and efficient in execution. Principal areas of responsibility shall include but aren't limited to:</p> <p>Responsible for providing product expertise and product understanding for the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management and the Oracle Cloud Financials systems. Provides first-line resolution/analyses assistance as a subject matter expert (SME) for responsibilities of system health, maintenance, and continuous improvements of corporate applications. Works with business representatives to deliver completely implemented solutions to end-user communities by leveraging best practices of the core applications.</p> <p>This role will:</p> <ul> <li>Work with business users to fully understand functional requirements and perform functional lead activities such as planning, development, and testing of core applications. </li><li>Maximize use of available technology to enhance and improve business processes. </li><li>Build effective relationships with other IT personnel, business communities, and work vendors. Serve as a bridge between the corporate users in Little Rock and the IT team in Millsboro. </li><li>Protect company assets (data and hardware); adhere to guidelines, standards, and procedures. Assist with workstations and custom computer operating system images. </li><li>Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. </li><li>Troubleshoot system errors and access technical support, providing an escalation point with the Helpdesk. </li><li>Analyze, model, and interpret data from the company's system and designs and writes reports based on user requirements. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent-related work experience in Information Systems.</p> <p>5+ Years experience as Business/Programmer/Analyst with Oracle HCM & Financials preferred.</p> <p>Strong organizational and people management skills.</p> <p>Ability to embrace and learn new technologies and enhance and streamline system portfolios.</p> <p>Strong leadership, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.</p> <p>Work is performed in an office environment. This is a 100% on-site position.</p>
