We are currently looking for a PRN receptionist who embodies our work ethic to join our supportive team at our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Atoka, Tennessee.</p> <ul> <li>Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service </li><li>Answer phones </li><li>Electronic scheduling </li><li>Data entry </li><li>Verify current personal and financial information </li><li>Maintain patient charts and electronic medical records </li><li>Verify insurance benefits </li><li>Charge tickets </li><li>Collect, post, and deposit patient payments </li><li>Fax, file, and perform any other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school graduate or equivalent </li><li>Must have 1+ years of previous medical front office experience </li><li>Excellent telephone skills </li><li>Proficient in Word and Excel </li><li>Previous experience with medical software preferred </li><li>Available and flexible with your hours </li><li>Close attention to detail </li><li>Great time management and organizational skills </li><li>Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Compensation: $13-$15 per hour depending on experience.</p> <p>At Memphis Physical Therapy, our number one priority is the patient.
