That's what we offer!</p> <p>Press Instructor</p> <p>What we are looking for:</p> <p>The role of the Heidelberg Press Instructor is to educate customers on the operation of Sheetfed presses, Color measuring devices and peripherals to ensure the equipment is working as designed with optimal customer satisfaction</p> <p>Customer Service is the cornerstone of our business, and the Press Instructor is expected to deliver personalized, consistent, competent, and proactive service support; the Press Instructor must always exhibit professionalism.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Training and instructions for customers on all Heidelberg sheetfed Products. </li><li>Successful commissioning and instruction on Press installations. </li><li>Print Color management and optimization of makeready processes. </li><li>Efficient troubleshooting on all Print Application service calls. </li><li>Professional communication with customers at all levels regarding Heidelberg products and how the products can increase productivity. </li><li>Stay current with Industry Print application related training including the latest software Innovations. </li><li>Promote the concept of Heidelberg Performance Services. Training, Consulting, Software and Consumables. </li><li>Active and self-starting in the support of the Saphira consumable products. </li><li>Assist in onsite Productivity evaluations for the customer. </li></ul> <p>What you need:</p> <ul> <li>Travel: Continually (67-100% of time) Ideally, candidates should reside in Eastern US Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York within one hour drive of a major airport </li><li>3-5 years of job related experience </li><li>Strong knowledge of computers (Windows and Mac OS) and networking </li><li>MS Office Suite proficient </li><li>Self-starter and able to take on difficult problems and work them through to resolution </li><li>A comfortable and confident speaker able to communicate effectively to a wide audience from all levels within and outside the organization </li><li>Able to manage multiple high-priority action items </li><li>Basic math skills, add, subtract, multiply, and divide. </li><li>The ability to use job related testing equipment and be able to calibrate. </li><li>Be able to follow detailed instructions in service manuals for repairs and instruction.
