At ROCKWOOL, we work relentlessly to enrich modern living through our innovative stone wool solutions.</p> <p>Join us and make a difference!</p> <p>What we offer:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Pay & Benefits from Day 1: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans. </li><li>401K Match: Up to 6% </li><li>Paid Time Off: Generous PTO, 12 paid holidays, and parental leave. </li><li>Educational Assistance & Career Growth: Invest in your future. </li><li>Wellness Perks: Fitness reimbursement and EAP access. </li><li>Safety First: Company-provided PPE and programs to keep you protected. </li></ul> <p>What you bring:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year of recent leadership experience as a lead or supervisor. </li><li>Minimum 1 year of recent dispatch experience. </li><li>Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience. </li><li>Proficient in SAP, preferably RockBiz. </li><li>Strong skills in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Access. </li><li>Experience operating forklifts and clamp trucks safely. </li><li>Knowledge of effective employee relations practices. </li><li>Ability to read and understand written instructions, including run sheets and Vanload sheets. </li><li>Skilled in counting and performing cycle counts accurately. </li><li>Ability to develop a collaborative and team-oriented department. </li><li>Strong teamwork skills to identify and solve problems effectively. </li></ul> <p>What you will be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. </li><li>Enter shipment details correctly into SAP. </li><li>Track and update trailer status on company property. </li><li>Assist in training warehouse employees. </li><li>Serve as a backup for the Receiving Clerk, Inventory Control Clerk, Warehouse Operator, and Warehouse Supervisor when needed. </li><li>Ensure the dispatcher office runs smoothly and stays organized. </li><li>Act as a point of contact for outside vendors and carriers, maintaining strong communication and a customer-focused approach. </li><li>Coordinate with Forklift Operators to ensure efficient product movement into storage, pre-load, and live-load areas. </li><li>Load trucks when necessary and complete paperwork accurately as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor. </li><li>Provide task direction, strategic guidance, and training for employees in the assigned area. </li><li>Train and oversee staff in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety, including onboarding new employees. </li><li>Manage and maintain inventory movement when needed. </li><li>Support continuous improvement and development of the warehouse registration system. </li><li>Prepare daily reports and track warehouse shift performance. </li><li>Regularly clean the warehouse and shipping area throughout the shift. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment using the 6S approach. </li><li>Must be forklift certified </li></ul> <p>Work Environment & Conditions:</p> <p>Join a clean, safe, and modern facility equipped with cutting-edge technology, advanced machinery, and innovative processes.
