The following qualifications outline what we’re looking for, including both required and preferred criteria:</p> <p> </p> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum HS Diploma/GED required </li><li>Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or related degree preferred </li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse management systems (dairy, chemistry, food, pharmacy). </li><li>APICS Certification preferred  </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated understanding of SC processes and safety stock optimization strategies </li><li>Demonstrated understanding of materials management & supplier management </li><li>SAP/APO knowledge a plus </li><li>Knowledge of supply chain including supply planning with demonstrated ability to build strong internal and external relationships </li><li>Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement. </li><li>Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level. </li><li>Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Must have strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced production environment. </li></ul>
