As NFM's Sales Representative, you will provide world class service to NFM customers by using Ten Steps of the Sales and performing the following duties.</p> <p>Job Duties: A Day in the Life</p> <ul> <li>Monitor Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid "grouping" or other behaviors that prevent effective greetings </li><li>Manage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently. Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution </li><li>Plan Maximize the sales process. Achieve all sales targets and goals as assigned by the Sales Manager, including sales volume, gross margin%, add-on sales and returned merchandise </li><li>Assist Use all existing tools, such as catalogs, internet, workshops, etc. to acquire expert knowledge of the assigned product lines </li><li>Collaborate Support the department's management staff.
