<p>Job Description Summary:</p> <p>Assemble semi-finished and finished parts, to produce a finished mass timber product.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES</p> <ul> <li>Fabricate product per job specs and drawings </li><li>Prepare workstations per Lead Assembly Technician direction </li><li>Read, and understand shop drawings, blueprints, product specifications, and process documents </li><li>Perform quality control inspections to ensure product meets job specs and tolerances </li><li>Be knowledgeable on all hardware and fastener types </li><li>Handle and transport material with forklift and overhead crane </li><li>Help maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment </li><li>Report issues with tool, equipment or unsafe conditions </li><li>Complete other responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Able to perform manual operations requiring adept dexterity </li><li>Able to competently perform visual inspection of finished parts </li><li>Familiarity with power tools, forklift and overhead crane </li><li>Able to meet physical demands of the job: standing for extended periods, lifting loads up to 50 pounds, squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool belt </li><li>Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions </li><li>Forklift certificate </li><li>Overhead crane training and certification </li><li>Rigging training and certification </li><li>Adhere to all OSHA and Swinerton safety practices and procedures </li></ul>
