<p>Job Description This position supports the Contracts and Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) function for BAE Systems Intelligence and Security (I&S) Sector. This position plays an instrumental role in driving day-to-day operations by developing and maintaining the rules and tools necessary for an effective and compliant C&SCM organization. The Business Operations Director will also be responsible for managing updates to internal C&SCM policy and procedures and tools, Government Property Management, Contracts/Subcontract Closeout, audit coordination and management and providing comprehensive and accurate response to data requests.</p> <p>As a key part of the senior business management team, you will have the following roles:</p> <ul> <li>Manage Sector Subcontract/Contract Closeouts. </li><li>Manage the Government Property function. </li><li>Ensure full lifecycle support for all systems and tools utilized by the C&SCM function (e.g., NDA, OCI, PO review, ITT, RBA, CMS). </li><li>Maintenance of the C&SCM team space page and content. </li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain C&SCM policies and procedures including ensuring adequate policies are in place to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies. </li><li>Develops, implements and ensures compliance with standard contract file conventions and BAE record retention requirements. </li><li>Serve as C&SCM lead to develop requirements and select and implement a new CLM tool to include training, data migration, and user testing and acceptance. </li><li>Develop and maintain C&SCM-wide training log. </li><li>Develop and maintain C&SCM customer relationship log. </li><li>Manage/coordinate internal and external audits to ensure responses are comprehensive and timely. </li><li>Coordinate and manage internal and external data requests for timeliness and accuracy. </li><li>Lead and/or provide assistance on special projects and initiatives and perform other duties as required. </li><li>Support sector and corporate functional councils as required. </li></ul> <p>Required Education, Experience, & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree and 12 years work experience or equivalent experience. </li><li>Secret security clearance </li><li>At least five years of managing and developing contracting professionals; preferably experience in managing other Contract Managers. </li><li>Excellent presentation, team building and leadership skills with the ability to perform in a complex cross-functional business environment. </li><li>Ability to effect and manage change. </li><li>Motivational and visionary leadership skills including the ability to recognize and develop emerging leadership talent. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Related professional certifications or advanced degree</p> <p>TS/SCI security clearance</p> <p>Pay Information</p> <p>Full-Time Salary Range: $135556 - $230444</p> <p>Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
