Driven and passionate for guest service, offering personalized experiences to each individual, ensuring the success of the team with superior coordination and efficiency. You will have the empowerment to make each experience perfect for the guest in front of you.</p> <p>Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Set-up and maintain Spa?and Fitness areas?including refreshments</p> </li><li> <p>Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and?professionalism; accommodate?special requests whenever possible;?assist guests in all inquiries in connection with?Spa and Fitness?services</p> </li><li> <p>Guide?guests?to their appointments as they relate to Spa and Fitness?offerings</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure an adequate supply of all guest supplies and amenities throughout the Spa and Fitness areas?in order to maintain?immaculate presentation of these items</p> </li><li> <p>Retrieve linens from laundry and?maintain?locker room set up; return?used?linen to laundry</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain clean work areas in Spa Dispensary,?Staff Room, and Spa?Reception</p> </li><li> <p>Enforce?Spa and Fitness rules and regulations?for all adult and junior guests</p> </li><li> <p>Appropriately utilize reservation systems, maintenance?records, and Guest Experience database as vehicles of communication to ensure guest satisfaction with all services provided in the?Spa and Fitness areas</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to provide the highest level of recommendations for our guests?as applicable to products and services</p> </li><li> <p>The ability to set up, utilize, operate and clean/properly sanitize all?Spa?and?Fitness?areas</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance of daily opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all Spa and Fitness areas?are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to ensure high quality presentation and repair of all equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with retail space cleanliness and maintenance as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in answering?product and?treatment questions, as well as assist guests with use and set-up of?Spa and?Fitness Center?space and?equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Liaison/introduce guests to service practitioners (i.e. service providers, fitness instructors)</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to handle, store and utilize all chemicals properly and safely</p> </li><li> <p>Assist other staff with set-up and breakdown of their respective treatment areas (service providers, fitness instructors etc.)</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications and Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School education or equivalent experience</p> </li><li> <p>CPR, First Aid Certified preferred</p> </li><li> <p>At least six months?experience?in a luxury hospitality environment preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience within Housekeeping or Spa industry preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of Nashville and surrounding areas highly desirable, however not required.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests</p> </li><li> <p>Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language</p> </li><li> <p>Outgoing personality and at ease with guests</p> </li></ul> <p>About Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences Nashville</p> <p>A soaring landmark on the Nashville skyline, Four Seasons pays homage to the city's creative spirit. 40 stories high, with 235 keys (42 suites) and 143 residence units, the property is located in the upmarket neighborhood of SoBro where floor to ceiling windows provide unobstructed downtown panoramic views.
