<p>Apply</p> <p>Job Type</p> <p>Full-time</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Basic Function: To assist in the provision of quality health care. Provide clerical support to the Clinical team. Assists with clinical procedures as required.</p> <p>Principal Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Complete chart preps for upcoming appointments </li><li>Answer phone calls and pages, coordinating communication with team members and patients </li><li>Complete robust calling, appointment confirmations, etc. </li><li>Print patient letters, notes as requested by provider (school or work notes) </li><li>Print information for patient discharge as requested </li><li>Print CCD forms for ambulance transfers </li><li>Obtain lab, radiology or other test results as requested by provider </li><li>Assist with task follow-up and closure </li><li>Assist clinical support with rooming patients </li><li>Assist with preparation for treatments and procedures without medication administration </li><li>Assist in maintaining clinical supplies and cleanliness of work area </li><li>Assist with regulatory audits as requested </li><li>Schedule patient appointments according to guidelines </li><li>To engage in Patient Centered Medical Home initiatives, including participating as part of the Clinical Care Team </li><li>Any other clinical duties and responsibilities as requested by management and supervision </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Knowledge/ Education Requirements:</p> <p>High school graduate or GED, experience in ambulatory care preferred</p> <p>Must demonstrate computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite. EMR experience preferred</p> <p>Must possess a willingness to accept direction from providers and supervisors</p> <p>Must possess the ability to work well and with compassion in stressful situations</p> <p>Must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with both patients and co-workers</p> <p>Must be keenly aware of the importance of confidentiality in all aspects of the position</p> <p>Salary Description</p> <p>$15.50 -$17.75/hr. Depending on experience</p>
