<p>Office Manager (Operations & Accounting)</p> <p>Location: Onsite - NE Portland, Oregon</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday, full time</p> <p>Pay Rate: $25-$33 per hour DOE</p> <p>Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire</p> <p>Job Overview</p> <p>LHH Recruitment is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to support day-to-day office operations with a strong emphasis on accounting support, payroll entry, and billing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings prior experience supporting accounting or operational teams.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform accounting-related administrative support, including data entry and document tracking </li><li>Enter and maintain payroll data accurately and on schedule </li><li>Assist with job setup in internal systems (new jobs, projects, or cost codes) </li><li>Set up and maintain billing records; support invoicing and related documentation </li><li>Coordinate with accounting, operations, and leadership to ensure accurate and timely financial processing </li><li>Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with internal procedures </li><li>Provide general office management and administrative support as needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in office management, accounting support, payroll, or billing required </li><li>Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail </li><li>Comfortable working with accounting or ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hands-on, onsite environment </li><li>Dependable, professional, and self?directed </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience</p> <ul> <li>Background in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments </li><li>Bachelors Degree or furthering education in Business, Finance or similar </li></ul> <p>Pay Details: $25.00 to $33.00 per hour</p> <p>Search managed by: Ashley Armstrong</p> <p>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
