<p>The Client Development Manager (CDM) is responsible for identifying, securing, and expanding new business opportunities within existing and prospecting clients. The CDM accomplishes this by using professional, consultative, and proactive sales strategies, including referrals, social media, networking, and cold-calling. They maintain strong client relationships, stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity, and collaborate with upper management to develop and respond to new business opportunities. Additionally, the CDM creates and executes short and long-term sales strategies, including detailed account plans and new account targets, within their assigned territory. They possess a deep understanding of their clients' internal operations and the ability to anticipate market changes and leverage them into new business opportunities. Participate in online communities to connect with talent. </li><li>Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to create new business opportunities within targeted accounts. </li><li>Negotiate staffing agreements, contracts, and addendums at existing accounts; includes negotiating pay rates for candidates and bill rates for clients. </li><li>Identify and qualify potential prospects for new business development through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, social media, and referrals. </li><li>Foster strategic alliances and collaborate with internal leaders and other LOBs for cross-selling opportunities. </li><li>Stay informed of market demands, intelligence, and competitors, while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all organizational services. </li><li>Maintain sales and service KPIs at defined standards. </li><li>Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required reports and activity tracking to achieve KPIs. </li><li>Meet revenue, gross margin, and other financial targets. </li></ul> <p>Account Management:</p> <ul> <li>Clearly communicate client expectations to relevant stakeholders. </li><li>Collaborate with clients to develop staffing strategies and solutions that align with both Randstad's capabilities and current market trends. </li><li>Gain a deep understanding of client's business to advise both clients and internal teams. </li><li>Build and maintain positive client relationships and experiences to generate sales and expand business. </li><li>Manages the job order fulfillment process, collaborating with the Talent Solutions Manager to align job requirements with talent needs. </li><li>Stay informed and ensure compliance with client-specific rules, regulations, and onboarding procedures. </li></ul> <p>What you need to bring:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related fields highly preferred </li><li>CAP, PACE Certification a plus </li><li>3+ years of business experience and/or </li><li>2+ years of business to business sales </li><li>Previous experience and/or background Business Administration, Office Management highly preferred </li><li>Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multi-task and effectively prioritize workload </li><li>Must work independently and manage multiple priorities </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills </li><li>Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity </li><li>Ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations accordingly </li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities </li><li>Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to develop strong working relationship with all levels </li><li>Ability to adapt to new technology or processes </li></ul> <p>This job posting is open for 4 weeks.</p> <p>Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s).
