<p>Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.</p> <p>Sales Operations Analyst</p> <ul> <li>Supply Chain or Demand Planning experience </li><li>Advanced MS Excel knowledge </li></ul> <p>Position Description</p> <p>This role is responsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specific segments of the business. It will require strong relationship building with retail channel partners as well as sales, marketing, operations & logistics. This role will actively coordinate planning and identify risk & opportunity predicated upon the current forecasts while requiring individual work to provide analysis that is concise and actionable.</p> <p>A major responsibility will be managing the weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with our retail channel partners. Performance will be measured against assigned sales goals, channel inventory targets (WOS), and forecast accuracy. Finally, there will be a consistent requirement to identify macro trends and produce a weekly risk analysis, all while measuring daily & weekly sales achievement.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage weekly CPFR process with Retail or Distribution Customers </li><li>Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units </li><li>Ensure Order Management accuracy in the ERP system - SAP </li><li>Identify potential gaps in the demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas </li><li>Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) </li><li>Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations </li><li>Manage and measure supply chain processes, including channel risk and shipping performance </li><li>Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally </li><li>Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment </li><li>Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2+ years of related experience </li><li>Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, finance, or supply chain </li><li>Hands-on Forecasting experience </li><li>Strong analytical & communication skills </li><li>Ability to work independently & manage multiple competing demands </li><li>Customer Oriented </li><li>Participative & collaborative to solve problems </li><li>Ability to work in a high-demand environment & prioritize </li><li>Meet deadlines under pressure </li><li>Analytical, attention to detail, and accuracy </li><li>Advanced skills in MS Excel (V-Lookups, Pivots, etc.) </li><li>ERP experience, preferably SAP </li><li>Experience with Business Intelligence tools </li></ul> <p>Key Measures</p> <ul> <li>Forecast Accuracy/Achievement rate - Sell In Orders and Sell Thru Sales </li><li>Inventory Weeks of Supply </li></ul> <p>Staffmark talent working with this client receive competitive compensation and a great benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and Paid Time Off plus more!</p> <p>The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
