Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech/</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Identify appropriate sources of market intelligence and apply analytics to make clear, data-based decisions </li><li>Interface with physicians and broad international customer base to identify market trends and unmet clinical needs for the treatment of neurovascular disease </li><li>Translate customer needs into product design requirements to develop differentiated product concepts </li><li>Closely collaborate with R&D to provide customer insights during the product development cycle </li><li>Build collaboration with cross-functional partners including regulatory, clinical affairs, professional and commercial education, supply chain and sales team to ensure seamless product commercial readiness </li><li>Collaborate with global marketing partners to communicate product portfolio updates, understand local customer needs and coordinate product launches </li><li>Identify appropriate market opportunities through synthesis of sound segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies and sales collateral </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required </li><li>MBA or equivalent strongly preferred </li></ul> <p>Experience and Skills:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Three years of marketing or related experience with at least two years of marketing experience in the medical device sector </li><li>Ability to construct global market models to estimate project value and select optimal projects amongst alternatives </li><li>General understanding of basic financial metrics including NPV, Gross Profit, P&L statements and basic accounting </li><li>Development of sales assets and collateral to articulate brand positioning and value proposition </li><li>Co-development of commercial education plans to communicate product strategy to sales team </li><li>Synthesis of customer requirements through qualitative and quantitative market research methods </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with customers (physicians) and internal stakeholders with demonstrated presentation skills </li><li>Ability to champion product concepts and promote change through indirect influence </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Neurovascular experience strongly preferred </li><li>Proficient in the application of generative AI models to enhance Marketing efficiency and effectiveness </li><li>Experience with vascular medical devices </li><li>Experience in development of full Net Present Value valuation models </li><li>General working knowledge of quantitative marketing research tools including conjoint, NPS, max diff among others </li><li>Global product launch experience </li></ul> <p>Other:</p> <ul> <li>Position requires 20% domestic and international travel </li></ul> <p>The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $172,500</p> <ul> <li>The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program.
