<p>Job Title: Civil Engineer PE/PM</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a talented and experienced Civil Engineer PE/PM to join our rapidly growing office. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a variety of projects, focusing on infrastructure design, sustainable development, and multidisciplinary project work. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in civil engineering and possess a strong familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop projects from conceptual planning to coordination of project development through design, agency approvals, and construction. </li><li>Perform code analysis and research on technical aspects of a project. </li><li>Organize and coordinate with the project team. </li><li>Interact with clients and agency staff to attain design and permit approvals for project vision and technical solutions. </li><li>Provide oversight and mentoring to civil staff on various professional and technical efforts. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Civil engineering degree. </li><li>Extensive experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. </li><li>Professional engineering license (PE). </li><li>Strong understanding of civil engineering design, construction, and land development. </li><li>Experience with stormwater, site development, drainage, and grading. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Very good technical and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to lead a team through design development, construction documents, and contract administration phases. </li><li>Technical experience with large-scale site development projects. </li><li>Experience with fast-track, advanced-tech projects is a plus. </li><li>Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus. </li><li>Licensure, or ability to be licensed, in Washington, Oregon, and/or California. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office.
