This position will teach graduate level courses in qualitative research in person and/online. Advise masters and doctoral students in Educational Research, serve on doctoral dissertation committees, and share administrative, advising, and teaching responsibilities for the University-wide Graduate Qualitative Certificate Program. In addition, faculty in EDPR often teach across various academic disciplines and graduate programs on campus. Serve on department and college wide committees. (Position # 005130)</p> <p>SUMMARY</p> <p>Assistant Professor of Educational Research with a specialty in Qualitative Research in the Department of Counseling, Educational Psychology and Research. An earned doctorate in Educational Research or a closely related discipline that clearly evidences training and education in qualitative methodologies and teaching experience at the college level are required. Scholars with graduate qualitative certificates are highly desired. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to excellence in research and teaching.
