<p>Position Details</p> <p>Position Information</p> <p>Position Title Executive Assistant to the Campus Dean, DCOM - Orange Park Department COLLEGE OF MEDICINE Position Category Staff Full Time Job Description</p> <p>The Executive Assistant to the Campus Dean, Orange Park will coordinate activities for the Office of the Dean for the LMU-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) at Orange Park.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Five (5) or more years of experience in an executive administrative level;</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Some college in related field of study</p> <p>Physical Demands Campus Orange Park Florida</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff and students</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>participate on university committees</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>maintain strict confidentiality on processing documents and other University matters</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>train, develop, and manage administrative assistants supporting various departmental deans</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>train and assist administrative support in financial processing of financial documents</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>evaluate administrative support staff performance and provide counsel for improvement</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>develop policies and procedures related to administrative support functions of DCOM</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>manage and reconcile procurement card account for the Campus Dean; *manage processing of financial request for the office of the Dean</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>coordinate, manage and chair administrative assistants meetings for the Dean s Office</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>arrange support of guests and visitors of the Dean s office</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>make professional judgement decisions on routine items in the absence of the Campus Dean</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>supervise and assign support staff to accommodate hospitality needs and dignitary accommodations during accreditation visits, graduation, white coat ceremonies, and other programs</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>coordinate, organize and manage special events, dignitary engagements, including stakeholder meetings, annual faculty retreat, annual holiday parties, and other events sponsored by the office of the Campus Dean or Operations</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>support the Campus Dean in preparing and analyzing information relative to departmental functions and effectiveness</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>support the development of the budget proposals for DCOM</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>manage and assist in the oversight of the budget</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>develop and manage meetings for and update the calendar of the Campus Dean</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>take minutes and organize meeting agenda/materials</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>coordinate travel arrangements as needed</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>manage phone calls, messages, and information</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>communicate and schedule Student Progress Committee follow up meetings with the Dean</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>train and communicate with administrative support on new hire announcements and office procurement and setup</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>prepare various lists and reports as needed</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>collaborate with University Executive Assistants to develop and maintain support for the University</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>complete required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the University</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>support Operations</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>other duties as assigned</p> <p>Posting Detail Information</p> <p>Posting Number S04208P Job Open Date 02/20/2025 Job Close Date 07/31/2025 Open Until Filled No Special Instructions Summary About the Institution</p> <p>Lincoln Memorial University is a values-based learning community dedicated to providing educational experiences in the liberal arts and professional studies.
