<p>Job Title: Senior Enterprise Analyst (Healthcare)</p> <p>Location: Remote - Candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah</p> <p>Duration: Contract-to-Hire Opportunity</p> <p>Schedule: Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours</p> <p>LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a healthcare-focused client to identify a Senior Enterprise Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with strong potential to convert to full-time employment.</p> <p>This role is ideal for a senior-level Business Analyst or Enterprise Analyst who thrives in large, cross-functional environments and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex initiatives. The position will partner closely with business and technical teams to lead discovery efforts, facilitate requirements gathering, document current and future state processes, and support enterprise-level transformation initiatives.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead project discovery activities, stakeholder interviews, and requirements gathering sessions</p> </li><li> <p>Document business processes, workflows, current state and future state environments</p> </li><li> <p>Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting artifacts</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with technical and business teams to align priorities and delivery expectations</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate cross-functional discussions across large stakeholder groups</p> </li><li> <p>Manage requirement changes, dependencies, risks, and related communications</p> </li><li> <p>Support process improvement and enterprise transformation initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Create documentation, status updates, and executive-facing deliverables</p> </li><li> <p>Support change management activities including communications and training alignment</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>8+ years of Business Analysis or Enterprise Analysis experience within large enterprise environments</p> </li><li> <p>Strong experience leading requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation sessions</p> </li><li> <p>Experience documenting current state/future state processes and business workflows</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to operate independently in large, ambiguous, fast-moving environments</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills</p> </li><li> <p>Experience supporting enterprise-level programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Healthcare or payer industry experience strongly preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Experience mentoring or leading other analysts preferred</p> </li><li> <p>IIBA certification (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency is highly desired</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Utah</p> </li><li> <p>Candidates must be comfortable working Pacific Time Zone hours</p> </li><li> <p>Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required</p> </li><li> <p>This is a contract opportunity with potential for full-time conversion</p> </li><li> <p>No C2C or sponsorship available</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please apply today.</p> <p>Pay Details: $49.00 to $54.00 per hour</p> <p>Search managed by: Eben Mahoney</p> <p>Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
