This role is expected to stay up to date with Salesforce releases and other necessary updates to resolve system-related issues. As part of a team, this role will help drive adoption of Salesforce across several internal departments and external use cases. Required within 6 months of hiring. </li><li>2+ years of experience is preferred, with specific preference to experience in Education Data Architecture (EDA) or 1+ year in EDA with experience configuring Salesforce Education Cloud </li><li>Demonstrated experience with Salesforce flow and dynamic forms </li><li>Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies and adapt to organizational change </li><li>Familiarity with Trailhead.
