<p>JOB DESCRIPTION:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct new driver orientation classes- ELD training, (Dispatch, Samsara, fuel book, and all rail applications) explanation of pay, fuel card, gate card and terminal facilities </li><li>Process qualified Owner Operators and Company Drivers in Tenstreet hiring platform </li><li>Accept applications and screen driver applicants (pre-qualify) </li><li>Communicate and report applicant and new hire information to IMCC </li><li>Coordinate road tests for Limited Experience Driver program </li><li>Responsible for region's delinquent driver daily logs reports and response to audit reports </li><li>Assist with all aspects of safety compliance in region </li><li>Employee first report of injury contact for region </li><li>Responsible for ongoing and corrective action driver instruction and training </li><li>Respond to and investigate local IMC accidents/incidents and report to claims services </li><li>IMC random drug/alcohol test notices </li><li>Assist with IMCC Drug Free Workplace program </li><li>Supervise maintenance, repair, and driver inspection reports for company truck fleet </li><li>Download and report ECM truck information </li><li>Assist Corporate Driver Services department with National Safety efforts </li><li>Support and attend annual Driver Safety Banquets and Driver appreciation events </li><li>Take pictures of driver recognition and driver milestones to support social media </li><li>Manage supply levels for driver gear (Gloves, hats, safety vests, gauges, ELDs, cords, placards, numbers for trucks) </li><li>Field driver information regarding their ongoing experience and communicate it to stakeholders in organization </li><li>Install onboard dash cameras and Electronic Log Devices </li></ul> <p>JOB REQUIREMNTS:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to conduct CMV driver safety and operations instruction and training </li><li>Ability and desire to promote IMC to potential CMV drivers </li><li>Ability to work in a modern office with skills including, scanning, MS Office suite, using 3rd party web programs, picture transfer/uploading. </li><li>Ability to operate small handheld tools and climb into a class 8 tractor trailer. </li></ul>
