Tri Pointe Assurance Escrow is looking for an energic individual to join our talented group as an Escrow Disburser in our Corona, CA office. Position Highlights: The Escrow Disburser provides support to the escrow department by assisting with the disbursement duties of the file after the transaction has closed and funded. Disbursing files received through a centralized work queue within a multi-state organization. Maintaining open lines of communication within closing department and escrow branches regarding questions, follow up, and/or potential issues. Position Responsibilities: Prepare and generate daily closing list for multi-state builder division closings Audit disbursements of all closings for accuracy and regulatory State compliance Initiate potential needs list for files not meeting compliance Disbursement of all funds by following instructions provided on authorization of disbursement received the the Escrow branch Initiate outgoing wires and checks to appropriate parties within the escrow transaction On a daily basis, separate all checks with appropriate invoices and mail out the closing packages Scan all disbursement packages in the escrow system on a daily basis Process stop payment, check refunds, and HOA management check requests Other tasks as assigned Position Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years experience in Escrow Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and title software applications Strong oral and written communication skills High level of organizational skills and attention to detail Basic knowledge of escrow practices, terminology and documents Aptitude with numbers and reconciliations Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: The expected Base Salary range for this position is between $23.70-34.04 per hour, equivalent to $49,300-70,800 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated, and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company's applicable incentive plan document.
