This person will interact with customers and team members across the organization.</p> <p>Organizational Relationships and Authority:</p> <ul> <li>This position reports to the Service Manager </li></ul> <p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Daily coding, processing and follow up on all dealer and contractor invoices received through Vantage, Clayton Go, and approved external sources </li><li>Prepare, send, process, and track billing payments </li><li>Process and follow up on bi-weekly pay schedule </li><li>Process and track customer follow up on all releases and check requests </li><li>Payment processing and weekly follow up on all vendor claims </li><li>Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed </li><li>Conduct 30,60, and 90 day customer calls, updating customers on service schedule </li><li>Assist sales team with pre and post NPS calls, bypass calls and detractor notices </li><li>Assist with front desk and switchboard operations </li><li>Keep accurate records in the system and update customer info as needed </li><li>Assist with issues related to CFR 3282 regulations (subpart I). </li><li>Track days payable outstanding and report to service manager </li><li>Daily housekeeping of office space and work areas </li><li>Attend meetings on time and well prepared </li><li>Additional duties as assigned </li><li>Serve as the backup for billing </li><li>Serve as the backup for shipping team </li></ul> <p>Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:</p> <ul> <li>Detail oriented </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Ability to navigate and manage multiple software platforms </li><li>Multitasking </li><li>Growth mindset </li><li>Teamwork </li><li>Excellent time management with high level of initiative </li><li>Self-directed </li><li>High level of accuracy </li><li>Accounts receivable/payable </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills </li></ul> <p>Education & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma </li></ul> <p>Why Clayton?</p> <p>A Berkshire Hathaway Company - an integrity-based organization offering unlimited career growth opportunities.</p> <p>Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
