Ericsson also does not hire F-1's working on EAD for this position. </li></ul> <p>How Will You Contribute to the Company?</p> <p>The Senior Sales Engineer supports sales executives with solution selling with Carrier Service Providers. They will work with these Carriers to integrate Ericsson solutions into their own solution offerings. They will work with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.??They are responsible for training and supporting sales and technical resources at the 3 major U.S. Carriers - Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. Measures of success include renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success, and, most importantly, sales achievement against quota.</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <p>What Will You Do?</p> <ul> <li>Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base. </li><li>Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles. </li><li>Successfully match Carrier requirements to proposed solutions. </li><li>Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition. </li><li>Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses. </li><li>Help Carriers with configurations, testing, and validation of Ericsson solutions to be included as part of their product offerings to their customers. </li><li>Help the Carriers create processes, documentation, and productization for Ericsson solutions in their offerings. </li><li>Train Carrier technical resources on how to sell and support Ericsson solutions. </li><li>Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements. </li><li>Collect and document competitive intelligence. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Ten (10) years of Solution Sales experience or a bachelor's degree with three to five plus (5+) years of demonstrated Solution Sales experience.
