<p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Handle incoming calls, e-mails, and customer issues that have been received from the Customer </li><li>Manage requests for pick-up or container deliver in a timely manner and initiate outbound calls to customers as needed. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve potential delivery and/or pick-up problems before they result in a service issue. </li><li>Gather and maintain route sheet documentation for pick-ups (scheduled, missed, extra pick-ups), route completions, and driver locations. </li><li>Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and fellow co-workers at all times. </li><li>Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, providing professional customer support. </li><li>Work closely with transportation subcontractors, process shipments, and ensure they are delivered within agreed terms. </li><li>Processing customer orders, returns and customer requests. </li><li>Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and rectifications.1 years of analytical or customer service related working experiences. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Operations, Statistics, or a related field Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint Excellent data analysis skills, capable of focusing on key metrics and trends to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
