The organization is committed to developing talent through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience across lending and portfolio management.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze commercial credit opportunities, including financial statements and cash flow. </li><li>Prepare credit memos with clear risk assessments and recommendations. </li><li>Support lenders with underwriting, deal structuring, and portfolio management. </li><li>Gain exposure to client relationships and commercial lending processes. </li><li>Participate in training focused on business development and cross-selling strategies. </li><li>Learn to manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio over time. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of hands-on commercial credit analysis experience. </li><li>Strong financial analysis and critical thinking skills. </li><li>Interest in advancing into a client-facing Commercial Lender role. </li><li>Willingness to learn business development and relationship management. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. </li></ul>
