Reckitt is looking for a dynamic Area Safety Leader ready to step into a key role at our manufacturing facility. You'll be the go-to expert driving innovative EHS solutions, influencing operations across multiple shifts, and championing global standards like ISO 14001 and 45001.</p> <p>Your responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the development and implementation of safety risk assessment to help in identifying & mitigating hazards for critical activities. </li><li>Drive Safety Culture and Reckitt Safety Observation Program and analyse to create area action plans. </li><li>Review and update as needed existing plant Health & Safety programs within Manufacturing to ensure compliance. </li><li>Monitor the Plant's compliance on regulatory requirements, report gaps and develop corrective actions. </li><li>Perform routine site EH&S inspections, follow-up and verify corrective actions. </li><li>Delivery of safety status reporting and Key Performance Indicators measured across multiple shifts (eg Accident reporting and investigation, safety work orders, and Near Misses). </li><li>Design and deliver employee training as needed on applicable regulations and EH&S topics. </li><li>Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management systems. </li><li>Maintain all required documents to support compliance </li></ul> <p>The experience we're looking for</p> <ul> <li>BS Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field </li><li>2-5 years EH&S or related experience in Manufacturing operations required. </li><li>Strong experience in creating and implementing OSHA programs such as LOTO, machine guarding, PSM (process safety management), etc. </li><li>Knowledge of Environmental Regulatory reporting requirements a plus </li><li>Experience in managing regulatory inspections, inquiries, response & closure </li><li>Knowledge of ISO management system a plus </li><li>Experience in the chemical or chemical-related industry is preferred </li><li>Ability to communicate basic Spanish is a plus </li></ul> <p>The skills for success</p> <p>Supply Chain Management, Relationship Management, Business Accumen, Advanced Analytics, Data Analytics, Improve business processes, Advanced Analytics, Data Analytics, Distribution Logistics, Logistics Management, Management Third-party Logistics Providers, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Management, Procurement.</p> <p>What we offer</p> <p>With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.</p> <p>We invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
